We were all surprised to see how long the coronavirus has kept us from enjoying the many things we all took for granted. Hopefully, there will be a time soon when we can gradually begin to enjoy the things we all missed.
As temperatures rise and you are drinking more sodas, etc., we hope you will save your aluminum cans and bring to the receptacles at the clubhouse, pro shop, and also by the post office. They are collected, and the monies that are received from recycling then help the many charities SunBird Lions sponsor.
If you have gently-used hearing aids, eyeglasses, empty frames, or eyeglass cases, they can be dropped off at the clubhouse or you can call Lion Fred Garmenson at 480-219-0348 for arrangements for them to be picked up.

We know everyone is anxiously waiting for bingo to begin. In November, we will resume bingo the first and third Friday of the month through April. Thank you for your continued support.
