SunBird Community Church’s upcoming holiday schedule

Thanksgiving was originated by Christians to thank God for the bounty and very survival. Should we do less? The Bible is filled with reminders of how thankful we should be.

Every good action and every perfect gift is from God. These gifts come from the creator of the sun, moon and stars, who does not change like the shifting shadows. James 1:17

Giving thanks always and for everything to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, Colossians 3:15-17

And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body. And be thankful. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God. And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him. James 1:17

Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change. Philippians 4:6

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. 2 Corinthians 9:15

Thanks be to God for his inexpressible gift! Psalm 106:1

Praise the Lord! Oh give thanks to the Lord, for he is good, for his steadfast love endures forever! Psalm 105:1

Christmas Eve Service – This year, Christmas Eve is a Sunday. Therefore, SunBird Community Church is planning stages of combining their traditional Christmas Eve service with Sunday morning service in the interest of first celebrating the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ, and a beautiful service. We know the importance of family and friends gathering together during this holy season. SunBird Community Church invites everyone to bring family and friends to celebrate the true meaning of the season, Christmas, on December 24 at 10:30 a.m. in the SunBird ballroom.

SunBird Community Church is nondenominational and based on the Bible. Our members invite you to visit us any Sunday at 9:00 a.m. in the SunBird ballroom. There you will meet our compatible congregation and hear an uplifting message by an experienced minister. Come try it; you’ll like it.
