The SunBird Art Club is welcoming returning and new members as life in SunBird kicks in. It is always amazing to see how much the management staff accomplishes during the hot summer months, and to have our new and improved restaurant up and running is awesome! Though our club takes on a more relaxed pace during the summer, those members who remain continue to meet each Thursday morning and enjoy working on their art pieces with each other. In October, the pace picks up and returns to the fun and anticipation of the season ahead. We are looking forward to outings, new classes from artists around the valley and from within our own membership, working on pieces to be included in our spring show in the ballroom and, most importantly, the enjoyment of being together in friendship and creativity.
So welcome back all, and for anyone interested in joining us this year, we meet in the Hopi Room upstairs each Thursday morning from 9:00 a.m. to noon. We look forward to meeting you.
