Join us on Tuesday, September 10, at 10:00 a.m. as Angela St. Louis from NextHome Source covers the following: texting, taking a picture and sharing it, emailing, social media basics, apps, notes, calendar, alarms/timers, making a call, listening to voicemail, and Q&A session. Patriot Day Tribute Parade and Ceremony
Wednesday, Sept. 11
The SunBird second annual Patriot Day tribute parade and ceremony will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 11, with the parade beginning at 8:30 a.m., followed by a short ceremony beginning at approx. 9:11 a.m. in the ballroom. Help us honor and remember those who lost their lives on 9/11, as well as those who protect us in our own community each and every day, and recognize any active or retired emergency responders of SunBird. Breakfast will be available for purchase immediately following the ceremony in the Horizon Room for only $7 (plus tax), which includes a breakfast quiche, muffin, juice or coffee! Please pre-purchase your breakfast ticket.

Jerome, AZ Bus Trip
Thursday, Sept. 19, bus will depart SunBird approx. 8:30 a.m.
Located at over 5,000 feet with 50-mile views, the hillside town of Jerome, AZ, is a place to discover talented artists, charming architecture, fascinating mining history, and picturesque scenery. You’ll have approximately four hours to spend as you wish, and with an abundance of attractions, shops, and restaurants, you’re sure to find whatever it is that you’re looking for in Jerome! Dbacks Baseball Game Bus Trip
Wednesday, Sept. 25, bus will depart SunBird at approx. 11:30 a.m.
Batter up and grab your glove; we are off to Chase Field to watch our Diamondbacks go up against the St. Louis Cardinals. Tickets are $58 per person, includes bus transportation (does not include driver gratuity) and dugout reserve tickets (Section 117). Deadline to register is Wednesday, Sept. 11.
