FREE- ON SITE THERAPY

Provided by Sozo Physical Therapy every Friday from Noon–1:00 p.m.

Sozo Physical Therapy will again teach and provide guidance with your discomfort or education surrounding equipment usage. Health coaching is provided to help you address and improve your health care needs. There is a sign-up sheet in the Fitness Room and they will be here every Friday from Noon–1:00 p.m.

Los Gringos and the Chi Chis on Saturday, January 7 from 7:00 -10:00 p.m.

Everyone is welcome to come and help Dean Tucker celebrate his birthday. He is hosting a free dance with Los Gringos and the Chi Chis playing your favorite tunes.

There will be free beer as long as a keg lasts; also a full cash bar will be available.

FARMERS MARKET

Monday, January 9 from 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.

The Farmers Market will be held on the second Monday of each month during the season. There will be fresh produce, fresh breads, olive oils, cakes, pies cookies, dried fruit, jams, jellies, honey, butters relishes, condiments, pastas and a knife sharpener.

FREE INTRODUCTION TO HOMEOPATHY FOR ACTIVE ADULTS

Tuesday, January 17 from 6:30–8:00 p.m. in the Lakeview Room

A free, informative and fun evening seminar on the benefits of Homeopathy. You will discover how homeopathic medicines offer a safe treatment for many ailments we all face day to day. Arthritis, muscle pain, colds, cough, allergies, flu-like symptoms, stress, sleeplessness, sinus pain, first aid such as cuts and burns.

This fun and informative evening will be hosted by SunBird resident, Dennis Knight. Refreshments will be provided with free samples to all who attend.

THIRD WEDNESDAY COFFEE MEETING

Join Layne and Wanda for the first informational meeting of the season. Bring your questions and concerns and hopefully receive some answers. Dino Goegan from Edward Jones will furnish coffee and donuts again this season.

If you would like to take a guided tour of the golf facility, they are the third Friday of the month at 4:00 p.m. at the driving range. Check with the Pro Shop for more information and to sign up.
