Here we are in the midst of summer! While some of you are enjoying the pool at Springfield and others are on vacation, we are having some serious fun on Tuesdays at 11:00 a.m. in the Navajo Room. Each week the folks encourage each other to meet each other’s personal goals.
The style of Senior Fitness is to have a fun group activity, core work and circuit training. Each person is encouraged to have fun and go at his or her own pace. We use lots of different fitness toys and I can assure you we get lots of smiles and even some laughter though it’s a workout! The one hour class targets the core, balance and all major muscle groups.
Come and join the team at our hot sizzling senior fitness class each week on Tuesdays at 11:00 a.m. in the Navajo Room. The group is run by ACE personal trainer Cat Sullivan who is dedicated to meeting fitness needs of seniors across the Valley!
