The weather is cooling off, more and more of our residents are returning and activities are gearing up. It’s also the right time to consider refreshing your home.
Please take a moment to view your home objectively. Does it need new paint? Does your rock need refreshing? Are your sunshades/screens showing the wear and tear of Arizona weather? Are your bushes/trees overgrown and in need of trimming? Your palm trees should have already been trimmed. Are you keeping up with your weeds? How does your carport look; is there clutter?
