ACC Committee
In the last few months, the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) has been working on updating the paint colors for the exterior of homes in the SunBird Community. We are happy to announce the HOA board has approved the new updated colors.
The ACC Committee, Behr paints, and two of our resident painters (Randy Arias and Mike Tackett) were part of the team. We now have 22 colors. We have kept some of the older and most-popular colors also. Added to the palette were some lighter and darker grays, taupes, and dark blue for trim only. All of the colors mix with every color. They all can be used for trims, but five of the darker colors cannot be used for the body.
The new paint colors can be seen at the HOA office. We are in the process of having the paint sample board created for the lobby. The paint chips that you can take home are also being processed. We are hoping to have this finished in the next 30 days. Stop by and take a look at the new, exciting colors.
