NAIL – curiosity is for the young…young at heart, that is!

Mary Lombardi Kenny

Are you curious about the world? Are you looking for a way to keep your mind strong and healthy? Do you enjoy challenging yourself to learn new things?

Join hundreds of your neighbors who believe that curiosity never retires! Participate in New Adventures in Learning, a non-profit lifelong learning program affiliated with the Chandler-Gilbert Community College. This program is designed for us! No college credits, degree, diploma, tests or homework required, just come with an interest in meeting new people, discovering new interests, and keeping your mind challenged.

Throughout three semesters a year, you’ll find fun, interesting and exciting classes in a variety of areas including history, art, literature, science, health, current events, and more. There are field trips to points of interest around the valley and engaging roundtable discussions, too.

To learn more about opportunities to expand your horizons through education that are just down the street, attend a free special event presented by New Adventures at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 14. The event and New Adventures classes are held at the Chandler-Gilbert Community College Sun Lakes Center, 25105 S. Alma School Road (the northwest corner of Alma School and Riggs Road) in Sun Lakes.

Don’t get stuck in a rut! Spark your curiosity and call New Adventures in Learning at 480-857-5500 to confirm your attendance by Monday, April 11; or for more information and a list of current classes, visit www.newadventures.info.
