That’s right – the fifth annual SunBird Open Golf Tournament is planned for Wednesday, December 3. Golfers, mark your calendars. Check-in will be at 8:00 a.m. in the Ballroom with coffee and donuts, and lunch will follow the golf program.
The committee (men) members: Gary Metzger, Jim Dolwick, Jack Cooper and George Richardson are collecting sponsors and door prizes to make this tournament a fun day for all; and the two women committee members, Connie Dreyer and Eileen Stroahman, will begin their work shortly.
The previous four SunBird Opens made nearly $30,000 for the golf course. Let’s add to that total for the fifth. Get your team together and be prepared to sign-up in the Pro Shop on November 1.
