Excitement is in the air as Women’s Connection plans its annual Vendor Fair and Gift Basket Raffle. It’s the perfect time for a fun-filled girlfriend morning. Your favorite vendors will be there and some new ones, too. Adding to the excitement this year is our fabulous gift basket raffle. Tickets will be available throughout the morning. You won’t want to miss out on the chance to win one of these beautiful baskets. Doors will open at 8:00 a.m. for shopping; brunch will be served at 10:00 a.m. Don’t forget the vendors will also be there after the brunch so you can shop to your heart’s content. This event benefits the various programs of Stonecroft Ministries. Mark your calendars for Thursday, November 12 at the Kingston Ballroom of the Oakwood Country Club of Sun Lakes! International speaker Karen Blankenship will talk on “Regaining Balance over Life’s Challenges.” She is an author, teacher, national and international speaker on the subjects of team building, family and leadership development. From over 30 years of experience she shares skills that will help you regain balance in everyday life. Karen says, “Sometimes we have things planned out and then we are forced to take a detour. No matter what season of life you are in, there are principles that can help you become a good life manager.”

Cancellations need to be made no later than Monday, November 9 by 10:00 a.m. by calling Cindi Decker at 515-770-7974. Reservations not canceled must be honored. The cost is $15 inclusive at the door. Gluten free or special needs meals will be $1 extra and must be pre-ordered. Any special dietary concerns must be pre-ordered and cannot be otherwise accommodated the date of the event.
