The ACC Committee and the weed witch are out in the community and noticing there are many properties with a tremendous amount of weeds. Please take a walk around your property to determine if you need to remove weeds. They seem to be popping up overnight, and when they start it doesn’t take long for them to multiply. If you are unable to remove them yourself, we have individuals and companies that can help you with this. Please take care of these immediately.
Cars, trucks and golf carts:
According to the Rules and Regulations, section two, page 12, “Vehicles or golf carts are not to be parked on the unpaved portion of any homeowner’s lot. The area must be paved specifically for parking.” There appears to be a number of homeowners parking on rocks. Please remove your vehicles from the rocks to avoid a fine.
