The Cottonwood Clay Sculpture class welcomed two new artists last month, photographer Deborah Silvas, who has creatively captured her travels around the world; and Sara Allen, mixed media artist. Both are well known in the East Valley. Deborah has exhibited her photography and other artwork nationally. Their enthusiasm for our class has piqued the interest of their artist friends and we are looking forward to meeting them soon. The Cottonwood Clay Sculpture class could be your opportunity to rekindle your skills in clay sculpture or develop a new creative talent! So, bring a friend or meet some new ones! You’re welcome to drop in for a cup of tea and see what we’re doing this summer!
We are a year-round class, meeting on Wednesday mornings, from 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. in the Cottonwood Ceramics Room (Room 8) across from the Homeowners Services Office.
